This is one of my favorite girls in the world! She is funny and smart and has an infectious personality! She has been wanting me to photograph her birthday party since last fall, so when the time came her mom called and booked me!

Six {Austin Event Birthday Photographer}

Look at these amazing eyes!
My little friend was so much fun to take pictures of at her sixth birthday party. Can you tell she didn't mind being in front of the camera?
She is so smart, articulate and beautiful. Her mom would say it comes from her side of the family! I just might have to agree since it has now been my pleasure to photograph three generations of women on her mom's side of the family and they are all smart, articulate and beautiful! That was her grandmother's birthday party that I did in Colorado Springs at the beginning of May.

Colorado Springs {Event Birthday Austin Photographer}

I had the opportunity to go to Colorado Springs to shoot a very special birthday party. I flew out on Friday, had the party on Saturday night and then flew back to Austin on Sunday morning. I have only ever driven through Colorado Springs, so I was thrilled to get to go out and see some amazing sights while I was there. My friend McCall's mother was having a party to celebrate her 70th birthday so she flew me out there to take photos of it! How totally cool is that?
They even invited me to stay in their beautiful 1924 home in the Broadmoor area. Their hospitality and generosity were amazing. Thanks so much for making me feel comfortable while I stayed in your home!
It was a great and fabulous event and I am so happy I got to be a part of it!

Turning Five {Austin Lakeway Birthday Event Photographer}

I once again had the pleasure of taking photos of my favorite five year old. She had a diva/princess party in Lakeway at My Party Palace and it was a blast to shoot. I love all the little girls with all their bling, glitter and feathers!

Baby sister has a birthday! {Austin Family Birthday Photographer}

One of my bested friends had a very special (month long) birthday in Feburary. She got her mom and her sisters these great shirts and asked me to photograph them. I simply adore these women. They are fantastic and beautiful!

Thirteen {Austin Birthday Teen Photographer}

This is the third time I've shot pictures of this beautiful young lady. This time, however, it's not with her brothers and sisters, but with her girlfriends! This was her thirteenth birthday celebration.
These sweet seventh graders were all so amazing and, as usual, I had an incredible time taking their pictures. We took these in the house and outside across the street. What a view!
Mom wanted me to make sure I got individuals shots of each girl as well as shots with the birthday girl, group shots and candid shots. This was a very late afternoon shoot and the light was running out fast. As always, my 50mm came to the rescue with flying colors in low light!

This gorgeous little girl had her seventh birthday at The Party Palace and it was super fabulous!
These girls are all just so darn cool. They will all grow up to be simply amazing women. . .I just know it!

Nine girls and fourteenth birthday party. . .how much more fun could you ask for?
I had a blast taking these photos of these oh so cool 14 year olds. The birthday girl wanted a keepsake photo to send to each of her friends, so I put together these template so she can pick which photo she wants to send to each of her girlfriends!
